Making Your Appointment

You, or the dentist who referred you, may call our office to schedule your initial visit with Doctor Krueger. We will strive to obtain all the necessary information from you or your dentist's office once an appointment has been made.

This paperwork may be completed at home, and you may mail it back or bring it with you on your first visit. If you are a new patient you will receive a new-patient packet with a welcome letter, map to our office, and important paperwork. Your dentist may give you Doctor Krueger's business card and ask you to call us at your convenience to schedule your appointment. We will be happy to find a time suitable for you.

If you were not referred by another dentist, and heard about Doctor Krueger from a friend or family member, we will be happy to assist you. We will help schedule your initial visit and send you a new-patient packet with important paperwork. For your convenience some of these forms are available for you to download from our website.

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Friday: 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
